Here at Ivy Jean Dreams I want you to be satisfied with your purchase. As a mumma of three young ones I know how tricky it can be shopping online and getting sizes correct. If you purchase the incorrect size, please email to arrange an exchange.
*Please note, in the case of exchange, Ivy Jean Dreams is not responsible for the return postage cost. A pre-paid satchel will need to be included with the original purchase so the replacement item can be sent back.

When exchanging sizes or in the unlikely event you receive a product that is faulty or not as described, then an exchange will be issued, however, items will only be accepted if they meet the following product conditions; they are returned unworn, un-marked, in original condition, with tags attached, and returned within 21 days of purchase date. Items received after this time period cannot be accepted.

*Please note, Ivy Jean Dreams reserves the right to refuse a product if we deem that the product conditions are not met.

Should your item be defective and you require an exchange, please email to arrange the return process. If we do not have the same item available for replacement, we will be more than happy to issue a refund or store credit using the same payment method in which you made the purchase.

When returning items, customers must use a trackable shipping service as we cannot be held liable for lost or undelivered parcels. Please pack all items with care into original packaging in a secure post bag for protection, or a return may be refused.

All returns will be assessed within 1-3 days once they have been received into our studio. If they meet our conditions of return, you will be issued your exchange. Customers return shipping cost will be reimbursed via original payment method with proof of post payment.

Wear and Tear:
All orders will be sent in saleable, new condition. Ivy Jean Dreams does not take responsibility for any damage cause by general wear and tear.
