Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Standard shipping within Australia is charged a flat rate of $10.00. Express post within Australia is charged at a flat rate of $15.
Shipping internationally is charged at a flat rate of $20.
Orders over $150 automatically receive free shipping!
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes we do!
Q: How long after I place my order will my purchase be shipped?
A: Orders are dispatched within 3-5 business days. If standard shipping, please allow 3-5 business days once your order status is, “shipped”. If express, please allow 1-2 business days once your order status is, “shipped”. Please allow approximately 10-20 business days for international orders.

If you have ordered a PRE-ORDER item, a shipping date will be found on the listing. You will be notified via email if stock is delayed and the date needs to be extended.
Q: Does my parcel come with tracking?
A: All our parcels shipped in Australia come with a tracking number. International tracking isn’t currently standard but we are working on changing that.
*Please note that although domestic parcels come with tracking, we take no responsibility for items lost in the mail (locally or internationally). Ivy Jean Dreams does NOT cover the cost of custom fees, import duties or taxes applicable on any parcel into any county.
Q: Can I combine shipping costs if I wish to place another order?
A: Unfortunately, once an order is placed in our system and shipping is confirmed, we can’t add on items. If you wish to combine an order, you can send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org to cancel your current order. We can then issue you with a store credit so you can re-place your combined order. Please keep in mind we can’t take responsibility if the items sell out before you re-place your updated order.
*Please note that if an order status is already “shipped” this option is not available and a new, separate order will need to be placed.
Q: Do you offer priority shipping?
A: Yes! If you have an important something come up, and you need your item shipped ASAP we are more than happy to help out! Send us an email at email@example.com and we can arrange same-day or next-day shipping (depending on time of day the order is placed).
Q: Do you offer a shipping discount for larger orders?
A: Yes we do! When you spend $150 or more on the one order, free shipping is automatically applied to your cart! Happy days!
