Ivy Jean Dreams refers all users to our Terms and Conditions, set out below and also available at www.ivyjeandreams.com. Your access to our website and use of our service is contingent upon your reading of, and agreement to our Terms and Conditions and all other policies including privacy policy, shipping and returns policies. Once you purchase an Ivy Jean Dreams product, you are engaging in our service and are assumed to have read, understood and agreed to our policies and are therefore bound by them, at all times.
Any reference to ‘we’, ‘our’ or ‘us’ refers to Ivy Jean Dreams. Any reference to ‘you’ or ‘your’ refers to Ivy Jean Dreams website visitors and customers.
IVY JEAN DREAMS SERVICE
Ivy Jean Dreams, the website, provides an online shopping service available to users all over the world. We reserve the right to make amendments to our website, our service or our products, at any time, without notice or consequence.
Ivy Jean Dreams may refuse service to any person or persons who we deem as having misused our service or products, used them in contravention of our Terms and Conditions or used them in an illegal or otherwise prohibited manner.
ORDERS AND PAYMENT
Orders for Ivy Jean Dreams products can be made through our website by selecting your desired items and completing the checkout process. All prices are displayed in full AUD amounts. If you are ordering from a location other than Australia, your financial institution will be responsible for converting your order amount into your local currency. Ivy Jean Dreams will not be responsible for any fees associated with this conversion. Payment must be made in full at the completion of checkout, in order to confirm your order. We accept payment via PayPal.
All orders, once payment has cleared, will be confirmed via e-mail. You will receive a unique order number, which is to be quoted in any correspondence with Ivy Jean Dreams regarding your order. Upon receipt of this e-mail, please ensure that you double check all details of the order, especially your delivery address. We are unable to re-route order once they have been shipped.
CANCELLATION
All sales are final and we don’t offer order cancelations. Please keep this in mind when you place your order. If Ivy Jean Dreams needs to cancel an order, for whatever reason, we will contact you to inform you and provide an immediate and full refund via your original method of payment.
SHIPPING
Ivy Jean Dreams offers complimentary shipping for all domestic Australian and international orders over $150AUD. All other shipping information is outlined below:
AUSTRALIA: Ivy Jean Dreams ships all Australian orders using standard or express Post. Orders under $150 are charged a shipping rate of $10 for standard or $15 for express. Items are sent with tracking numbers, so you are able to track the status of your shipment after it leaves Ivy Jean Dreams.
Items shipped within Australia via standard shipping have an expected delivery time of between 3-5 business days, or 1-2 business days once posted express.
This time frame is intended simply as a guideline. Ivy Jean Dreams will not be responsible for delays in delivery, which stem from circumstances beyond our control. Missing or damaged orders need to be taken up with the postal service responsible for your delivery. Pre-order items are shipped on or after the date listed in pre-sale item description.
Ivy Jean Dreams will not action any missing orders until the recommended delivery time frame has lapsed, and the postal service has been contacted.
INTERNATIONAL: Ivy Jean Dreams offer international shipping at a flat rate of $25AUD. If you are unable to select your desired shipping location, please contact us at: hello@ivyjeandreams.com and we will make shipping arrangements to your location.
International orders are shipped using Australian registered postal services. International orders may take between 10-20 business days to arrive once posted.
CUSTOMS DUTIES: If you are ordering from a location other than Australia, you will be responsible for any customs duties, permits, product restrictions, taxes or levies that may be associated with delivery in your local country.
Ivy Jean Dreams is not responsible for being aware or, or reimbursing customers for any such fees. Please ensure that you are conscious of the customs protocols in your own country before placing your order.
DISCOUNT CODES
Discount codes must be placed in the discount box at checkout. Only one discount code can be used per transaction not in conjunction with any other offer.
PRE-ORDER
Pre-order items will be shipped on or after the stated date listed on item purchased. Once shipped, delivery times will depend on shipping selection (see “Shipping” section above). Ivy Jean Dreams reserves the right to cancel and refund orders without notice at our discretion. If there is a delay in acquirement of stock, customers will be notified via email before the listed shipping date. By ordering pre-sale you agree to these terms and conditions and understand that items won’t be shipped before listed date in item description. Ivy Jean Dreams does not accept cancelations of pre-sale items for change of mind or wrong size selection.
SALE ITEMS
No returns on sale items. All sale purchases are final. If product is deemed faulty by Ivy Jean Dreams after purchase, we may offer a store credit or refund at our discretion. There are no exchanges for sale items.
REFUNDS
All Ivy Jean Dreams goods sold are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds simply for change of mind or wrong size selection. Refunds will only be issued, at our discretion, if a product is faulty and an exchange or credit note is not appropriate in the circumstances. Please refer to our returns policy for further details.
RETURNS
In the unlikely event you receive a product that is faulty or not as described, then an exchange will be issued, however, items will only be accepted if they meet the following product conditions; they are returned unworn, un-marked, in original condition, with tags attached, and returned within 14 days of purchase date. Items received after this time period cannot be accepted. Ivy Jean Dreams reserves the right to refuse a product if we deem that the product conditions are not met.
Should your item be defective and you require an exchange, please email hello@ivyjeandreams.com to arrange the return process. If we do not have the same item available for replacement, we will be more than happy to issue a refund or store credit using the same payment method in which you made the purchase. When returning items, customers must use a trackable shipping service as we cannot be held liable for lost or undelivered parcels. Please pack all items with care into original packaging in a secure post bag for protection, or a return may be refused.
All returns will be assessed within 1-3 days once they have been received into our studio. If they meet our conditions of return, you will be issued your exchange. Customers return shipping cost will be reimbursed via original payment method with proof of post payment.
Wear and Tear: All orders will be sent in saleable, new condition. We do not take responsibility for any damage cause by general wear and tear.
PRODUCT APPEARANCE AND DESCRIPTION
At Ivy Jean Dreams we endeavor to accurately portray our items, however, we cannot guarantee that the colours shown on the Ivy Jean Dreams website, exactly exemplify the colours of our products in real life. This may depend on the colour reproduction on your computer or mobile device. Please pay attention to all product descriptions and sizing advice and measurements. PRODUCT SAFETY AND LIABILITY
Some of our garments include small parts such as buttons which could pose a significant choking risk to children, especially if they become detached. Customers are responsible for using discretion when determining whether or not our clothes are appropriate for their child. Our packaging includes plastic bags which could cause suffocation or harm if placed over head or mouth and is not to be used as a toy. Customers are accountable, at all times, for governing the sensible and responsible use of our products and packaging. Customers assume full responsibility for the safety and wellbeing of any individuals around them or in their care whilst using our products.
Ivy Jean Dreams excludes itself from all liability should loss, damage or injury occur as a result of using or misusing our products or packaging. We do not take responsibility for our products, packaging, or small parts (attached or detached) or any consequences of their use, after they have left Ivy Jean Dreams.
PROMOTIONS
Ivy Jean Dreams may occasionally run promotions or special offers. These may include, but are not limited to: sales, coupon codes or giveaways. Each promotion or special offer that we run will have its own conditions or guidelines, which must be complied with in full, for valid redemption of the offer. We may run giveaway promotions alone, or in conjunction with other brands. Promotions run with other brands may require you to share your details with both Ivy Jean Dreams and the third party brand. Winners of giveaways will be announced via social media and will need to contact us in order to claim their prizes. If prizes are unclaimed, we reserve the right to select another winner. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
Coupon codes must be entered correctly at the relevant point of checkout, in order to be validly redeemed. Ivy Jean Dreams is unable to apply discounts retrospectively if you have failed to enter your code in the correct manner during checkout. Only one promotional or coupon code may be applied to each order.
Sale periods will only run for limited periods of time and we reserve the right to exclude certain items or ranges of items from sales. We reserve the right to suspend, cancel, lengthen or otherwise modify the application or conditions of any promotion, at any time, without consequence. Furthermore we reserve the right to limit the use of promotional or sale codes to full price items.
